The engineering claims, and what backs them

Durable Construction

The Hexafarm is made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which will last about 40 years in salt water. The walkways are customizable for each owner, as are the desired aquacultural outputs of the Hexafarm.

Increased Fish Health

The Hexafarm can decrease the amount of waste in the water through shellfish filter feeding, and can increase the concentration of oxygen from seaweed production, leading to healthier fish. The inner cage of the hexafarm is designed for milkfish while the outside is for multi-purpose. It can be used for rabbitfish, seaweed or shellfish.

Reduced Maintenance

While Shellfish reduce the waste in the water, Lobster and Rabbitfish in the outer net will feed on bio-fouling organisms that often can only be removed by cleaning. This reduces the necessary labor to keep the system clean.

Accessibility

Hexafarm is designed with a 360 degree walkway that extends even to the edges. This allows guest or operators to walk into any point of the hexafarm that is connected or walk between the hexafarms without needing a boat.

Glamphouse Integration

The Hexafarm is designed to accomodate up to 12 Glamphouses which allows for easy integration of floating houses alongside your fish farm.

Three ways to use it

A cage, a village, or an asset

Floating Housing
Double Up your Fish Farm as a Seastead. The Hexafarm can include specially designed floating rooms, up to 12 units can be integrated into the structure. Since Hexafarms are fully walkable and can interconnect, this can be used a coastal-water seasteading village or resort. The rooms are designed for strong winds, and include solar-electric and small septic tanks.
Purchase for your Aquacultural Operation
Hexafarms can be shipped in small modular parts, and fitted together easily on site. If you currently have an aquaculture operation or want to begin one, the ease of assembly and increased output and fish health will make the Hexafarm an excellent addition to your operation.
