We are a team of experienced Naval Architects, Civil, Chemical, Aeronautical, and Mechanical Engineers based in the Philippines. We are committed to pushing forward new technologies to bring floating cities into reality. Whether the technology is smaller and more stable deep sea platforms, state-of-the-art floating infrastructure, or improved mariculture techniques. We are developing the technology of the future.

Research

What we are working on next

  • Self-driving Boats

    Arkpad is developing technologies to build self-driving boats that can travel long distances without needing a human at the helm.

  • Underwater Drones

    We are building a modular underwater drone, which can be used for underwater viewing, manipulating objects, hull inspections, hull cleaning, and aquaculture work.

  • Ground Effect Drones

    ArkPad is developing a ground effect drone for long range cargo delivery, ground effect vehicles exist between air freight and traditional shipping in terms of cost and speed.

  • Ocean Mining

    Elements such as Lithium, Rubidium, Magnesium, and others can be harvested from seawater. While these technologies are still in their infancy, ArkPad is actively involved in this research.
